About the role

  • Designing and implementing components to integrate internal FCP systems with process automation solution
  • Collaborating with developers in the team and with IT architects on defining the process implementation design
  • Helping business to understand technical capabilities, suggesting best possible solutions and explaining limitations
  • Defining way of working practices, suggesting and implementing improvements

Requirements

  • Experience with Java
  • General knowledge or experience with Kafka, MongoDB, OpenShift
  • Front-end development (experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS and modern frameworks is a plus)
  • Experience in designing systems and data flows
  • Experience in business process analysis and automation or similar field would be considered as an advantage
  • Experience with cloud services (GCP) and infrastructure as a code (Terraform)
  • Experience in Prompt Engineering, LLM tuning and Developing Agentic AI software
  • Experience as a Tech Lead would be considered as advantage
  • Experience with working in Scrum
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
