About the role

  • Act as servant leader/agile coach and promote agile principles.
  • Drive improvements by coaching two teams composed of developers, testers and Product Owner.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and refine the teams’ backlog.
  • Help organize and coordinate releases for the teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts through regular retrospectives.
  • Ensure smooth and sustainable delivery flow while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Work closely with the Chief Scrum Master and a supportive community of fellow Scrum Masters across the organization.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of agile principles and has experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar facilitative role.
  • Strong organizational, coordination and facilitation skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Inspirational and communicative skills, with the ability to inspire others and foster open dialogue and collaboration.
  • An empathetic listener who values team input and believes in empowering people to build high performing teams.
  • Experience using Jira/ Confluence.
  • A background in development and/or testing is a requirement to help the teams in various aspects
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (DevSecOps).
  • Familiar with modern software development environments and processes.
  • Fluency in English.
