About the role

  • Building high-level knowledge and good relations with clients
  • Taking ownership of the complete post-sales life cycle of our clients
  • Effective communication with clients and colleagues across SEB on daily basis
  • Preparation and delivery of various documentation and reports
  • Running implementations of certified products & channels for existing and new clients
  • Coordinating legal discussions regarding product agreements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in Account Management, Client Services or Sales
  • Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to develop client relationships and provide creative and flexible solutions for customers
  • Ability to make decisions and conduct courageous conversations
  • Incident handling and problem-solving skills
  • Proven strong service orientation with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders within and outside of the organization
  • Knowledge of Cash Management products and services would be an advantage.
