About the role
- Responsible for analysis, design, alignment and improvement of payroll processes for Sweden
- Secure daily operations and assure quality of deliveries
- Continuous improvement and optimization of the processes within the area
- Work in an international environment in close cooperation with other teams in Vilnius and other SEB sites worldwide
- Contribute to operational process improvement activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in the payroll area
- Experience with Agile methods, Project management, Tech savvy
- Strong analytical skills and high interest in new ways of working
- Time management & prioritization
- Self-driven & positive team player
- Experience working with systems such as Confluence, Jira, Visio, Tableau
