About the role
- Conduct security reviews and assessments for new and existing applications and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct security reviews and assessments of third-party services and solutions.
- Coordinate security testing assessments.
- Provide expert security advisory on a range of information security topics.
- Recommend security enhancements and offer technical security guidance to various teams.
- Educate and support colleagues and technical teams on new security products and procedures.
- Research, evaluate, and contribute to the adoption of cutting-edge security tools and technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in information security or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, technologies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong understanding of application and network security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.
- Ability to assess security risks, translate complex issues into business terms, and present findings to all levels of management.
- A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in cybersecurity.
- Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Fluent in English.
