About the role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans tailored to client needs.
- Train, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct care staff.
- Monitor client progress and modify programs based on data analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation in compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to engage actively with clients, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
