About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver comprehensive maternal and fetal medicine consultations and care for high-risk pregnancies.
Perform advanced diagnostic procedures, including detailed fetal ultrasounds and invasive testing (e.g., amniocentesis, CVS).
Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, geneticists, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized management plans.
Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options.
Contribute to clinical governance, research, and service development within the private healthcare setting.
Mentor and support junior medical staff and trainees.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Medical degree with board certification in Maternal & Fetal Medicine
Proficiency in advanced fetal imaging techniques and prenatal diagnostic procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information empathetically to patients and families.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
Experience in private healthcare is preferred.
