About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide specialized neonatal care in the Government Hospital’s NICU and other relevant units.
Perform detailed clinical assessments and manage complex neonatal cases effectively.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Carry out necessary neonatal procedures and interventions with precision and care.
Collaborate closely with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
Maintain clear and accurate medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Offer support, education, and counseling to families regarding their newborn’s condition and treatment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working in a hospital-based neonatal intensive care unit.
Strong clinical expertise in managing high-risk neonates and performing complex neonatal procedures.
