About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You develop content formats for LinkedIn, YouTube (primary), and optionally Instagram & TikTok — and you test what works.
  • You write scripts for Shorts, Reels, YouTube videos and LinkedIn posts — in Damian’s voice.
  • You plan and publish: editorial calendar, posting, community management.
  • You drive the channels forward: reach, follower growth, engagement — you are the engine.
  • You handle some editing yourself; the rest is managed via additional external support — you oversee the process.
  • You use AI-supported analysis to determine what performs and draw concrete conclusions for future content.
  • You have an eye for trends and platform mechanics — and you know when to follow them and when to deliberately go against them.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Studying media, communications, marketing, business administration or similar — or you have solid practical experience.
  • No degree is also OK.
  • You have already produced your own content — for yourself, a brand or a creator.
  • You understand the mechanics behind the platforms.
  • You know why. You can write. Short sentences. Clear language.
  • Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci) — not Hollywood level, but clean craftsmanship (not required, but a plus).
  • Self-driven, fast, curious.
  • You don’t wait for briefs — you bring ideas.
  • You’re eager to dive into an industry (money & success, entrepreneurship, sales and marketing with a focus on e-commerce + Google Ads) and turn that into content that’s relevant to others.
