About the role
- This hybrid role combines business analysis and software development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Analyze workflows and recommend enhancements
- Design and implement software solutions
- Customize and configure ERP systems
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for reporting
- Validate data quality and integrity
- Create and execute testing protocols
- Troubleshoot software issues
- Document technical specifications and provide technical support
- Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend system enhancements based on new technologies and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in business analysis or software development roles
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
