Key responsibilities & impact

Working on ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics to set up, understand and improve performance for our clients.
Acting as a trusted point of contact for our clients to discuss account performance, new ideas and next steps that need to be taken.
Completing SEO specialist work that involves optimizing websites to rank higher in search engine results.
Developing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business.
Pulling data from analytics platforms and/or CRMs, (including Google Analytics, SalesForce, HubSpot, etc).
Collaborating with our Digital Designers to develop creative ads that speak to the clients' brand and audience.
Anticipate any potential issues for our clients and share these with the team.

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience and knowledge in SEM / PPC for paid search and social platforms.
Digital marketing expertise, tracking and reporting, and client communication skills.
Co-op or relevant work experience with paid and search ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc).
Adaptability with a desire to learn and develop your skills.
Drive to continuously grow our S+G client roster and team.
The ability to time-manage and collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset showing accuracy and proficiency with numbers and data.
Strong communication skills both internally and client facing with a friendly demeanour.
Confidence in your work, especially during client interactions.
