About the role

  • Design engaging and visually appealing digital assets for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce website, including homepage banners, category graphics, product images, promotional banners.
  • Work with the e-commerce team to create landing pages that ensure consistency across campaigns and the brand.
  • Create graphics and videos for our digital paid media channels, including banners, static ads, carousels, short-form videos and GIFs.
  • Optimize videos to ensure adherence to platform specifications and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques and social media trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
  • Develop motion assets for our organic social channels that communicate the brand's message and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to understand content objectives and deliver creative solutions.
  • Design responsive and visually appealing graphics for CRM campaigns and automated sequences that drive engagement and conversion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital design, ideally in luxury or beauty e commerce.
  • A strong design portfolio demonstrating all types of digital design (Web, CRM, Social, Paid Media).
  • Significant experience in video editing and animation to elevate our Paid Social channels.
  • Proficient in all Adobe software and Figma.
  • Proficient in video and animation software (After Effects preferred).
  • Experience with e-commerce, CRM & paid platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify, Loyalty Lion, Google, Meta).
  • Understanding and knowledge of UX/UI and Accessibility.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proactive, with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Experience working with a Founder-led brand (not necessary, but ideal).
  • Great sense of design and composition with a strong eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines.
  • Passionate about beauty and skincare.
  • A good ‘fit’ with our core values of being Inspiring, Ambitious and Open.
  • A deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
