Requirements

What you’ll need

An existing content creator. You've built personal pages with 5K+ followers and 500K+ total views.
Comfortable and confident on camera. This is an on-camera role — you'll be in most of the videos you make.
Experience editing. We're looking for someone who has an opinionated editorial style.
Strong analytical skills. You can recognize and explain patterns in engagement data.
Strong writing and communication. Posts, scripts, blogs, emails.
Eager to learn, happy wearing a lot of hats, and not afraid to figure things out.
Nice to have: Experience with analytics or content-intelligence tools (Google Analytics, or tools like SocialGPT itself).
Nice to have: A point of view on the AI / creator-economy space and where short-form is heading.
Nice to have: Experience using MCPs on Claude or ChatGPT.
