About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Script, film, and publish short-form content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Be the on-camera talent for 10+ short-form videos a week
- Edit in consistent, premium formats using CapCut, Edits, and AI tools
- Run competitive research on products and marketing strategies (and use SocialGPT to do it!)
- Manage comments, DMs, and the broader community
Requirements
What you’ll need- An existing content creator. You've built personal pages with 5K+ followers and 500K+ total views. *(To be clear: there's no requirement to ever post about SocialGPT on your personal accounts — we just want to see you can make content people actually watch.)*
- Comfortable and confident on camera. This is an on-camera role — you'll be in most of the videos you make.
- Experience editing. We're looking for someone who has an opinionated editorial style.
- Strong analytical skills. You can recognize and explain patterns in engagement data.
- Strong writing and communication. Posts, scripts, blogs, emails.
- Eager to learn, happy wearing a lot of hats, and not afraid to figure things out.
- Nice to have
- Experience with analytics or content-intelligence tools (Google Analytics, or tools like SocialGPT itself)
- A point of view on the AI / creator-economy space and where short-form is heading
- Experience using MCPs on Claude or ChatGPT
