About the role
- Lead technical architecture and implementation across Growth Platform initiatives, including campaign infrastructure, templated landing page generation, and attribution tracking systems.
- Evaluate, design, and integrate third-party platforms (e.g., analytics, attribution, campaign managers, CMS, CRM) to ensure seamless experiences for internal users and measurable growth outcomes.
- Build full-stack systems that support campaign launches, lifecycle messaging, personalization engines, and embedded marketing tools.
- Collaborate with marketers, data scientists, product managers, and engineers across the Growth Pillar to develop high-leverage, self-service tools and data activation workflows.
- Drive the vision and roadmap for MarTech integrations by identifying gaps, proposing creative solutions, and executing with a bias toward automation and scalability.
- Mentor engineers across the organization in platform thinking, technical design, and delivery excellence.
- Play a key role in vendor selection, proof of concept (POC) efforts, and decision-making frameworks for scalable marketing technology investments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack engineering, ideally with exposure to growth, marketing tech, or analytics platforms.
- Strong technical leadership with a demonstrated track record of architecting scalable internal platforms or infrastructure used across multiple product teams.
- Deep familiarity with marketing and data tools such as customer engagement platforms (e.g., Iterable), attribution systems, CDPs, CMSs, or tracking SDKs.
- Hands-on experience with evaluating and integrating third-party APIs or SaaS platforms, with a critical eye toward long-term maintainability and security.
- Skilled in both backend and frontend development (Next.js, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL and REST APIs, data pipelines).
- Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, personalization systems, and the MarTech landscape.
- Communicates clearly and frequently with cross-functional partners, influencing through technical depth and collaborative decision-making.
