About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the business performance of an assigned portfolio of licensees
  • Provides day-to-day account management for an assigned portfolio of licensees
  • Coordinates the development, review, approval, and launch of licensed products
  • Reviews product concepts, artwork, packaging, advertising, and marketing materials for brand compliance
  • Monitors licensee performance, including sales activity and contractual compliance
  • Researches market trends, competitive products, and category opportunities
  • Supports prospecting efforts for new licensing opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in brand licensing, consumer products, merchandising, or related field
  • Experience supporting licensed product development, account management, or brand partnerships is required.
  • Knowledge of operational decision making; strategic decision making; and strong business acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations and business objectives; trade show logistics and events
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; High attention to detail.
