About the role

  • Provide a first-class customer experience via telephone, email, and webchat assistance
  • Adapt to new systems (paid, full training given)
  • Work various client shift patterns, up to 40 Hours per week, with some clients requiring a Saturday shift

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years in Call Centers
  • Good experience of Inbound/ Outbound calls, Emails and (ideally) Webchats
  • Typing speed- 25+ words per minute
  • MS Office experience
  • CRM/ Call Logging Systems experience
  • Able to work in a 6+ month W2 contract role (initial)
