About the role
- Provide a first-class customer experience via telephone, email, and webchat assistance
- Adapt to new systems (paid, full training given)
- Work various client shift patterns, up to 40 Hours per week, with some clients requiring a Saturday shift
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in Call Centers
- Good experience of Inbound/ Outbound calls, Emails and (ideally) Webchats
- Typing speed- 25+ words per minute
- MS Office experience
- CRM/ Call Logging Systems experience
- Able to work in a 6+ month W2 contract role (initial)
