About the role

  • Work remotely (Anywhere in The USA) and give a first-class customer experience for their client
  • Provide telephone, email and webchat assistance
  • Inbound/outbound calls, emails and webchats
  • Shifts between 8am and 10pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on occasional/rota Saturdays

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative
  • Strong experience working in customer services and/or a call center for a reputable organization
  • PC Literate MS Office and CRM/Call Logging systems experience (Client is using Amazon Connect and you will be given training if you have not used it)
