About the role
- Work remotely (Anywhere in The USA) and give a first-class customer experience for their client
- Provide telephone, email and webchat assistance
- Inbound/outbound calls, emails and webchats
- Shifts between 8am and 10pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on occasional/rota Saturdays
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative
- Strong experience working in customer services and/or a call center for a reputable organization
- PC Literate MS Office and CRM/Call Logging systems experience (Client is using Amazon Connect and you will be given training if you have not used it)
