Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable role in the B2B SaaS environment
- Direct responsibility for retention, revenue, or commercial customer development
- Experience in the communications industry or a good understanding of the environment in which Scompler operates
- Strong sense of ownership
- Structured, disciplined way of working
- Confident handling of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, and NRR
- Precise, dependable, and confident communication
