About the role
- Design, implement, and maintain server-side code for a mobile game, primarily written in PHP. Analyze, identify, and eliminate bottlenecks and errors on the server-side to ensure efficiency and reliability. Contribute to the development of new/innovative game play features and interfaces. Follow Agile methodologies to collaborate effectively within the team. Work with various technologies, including SQL, Jenkins, HTML, JS and Python. Contribute to the development of new and innovative gameplay features and interfaces.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in backend development PHP - advantage. Git proficiency. Fast learner. Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance server systems. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex server-side issues. Strong documentation skills for code, processes, and system architecture. Strong collaborative and proactive mindset with a sense of ownership. Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a dynamic game development environment.
