About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Analyze social media trends and identify viral opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with and support a community of content creators to ensure a steady flow of new content.
- Work on social media strategies to optimize reach and platform interactions.
- Stay up to date with the latest platform changes and algorithm updates to maximize impact.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Must-have: iPhone (some apps are iOS only).
- Fluent in German and English.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends and their audiences.
- Creative and hands-on approach to ideation, content creation, and execution.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for social media and a natural curiosity to experiment and innovate.
- Experience creating short-form videos with viral potential.
