About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support for day-to-day accounting and preparatory accounting
Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming invoices
Creating and posting outgoing invoices
Preparation of VAT returns (preliminary VAT filings, UVA)
Reconciliation of accounts and balances
Payment processing
Administrative organization of daily operations (e.g., cash register, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial/vocational training and/or an accounting course
Relevant professional experience in accounting and/or invoicing
Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
Very good communication skills in German; English skills are an advantage
Proficient with MS Office applications
Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team
Independent and solution-oriented working style
