About the role

  • Responsible for payroll processing for a defined group of employees
  • Advise managers and employees on payroll and social security matters

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (ideally as an HR specialist/Personalfachkaufmann, social security clerk, or tax clerk)
  • Several years of professional experience in HR administration and payroll processing
  • Knowledge of labor law, payroll tax, and social security law
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Conscientiousness, integrity, and strong organizational skills
