About the role
- Responsible for payroll processing for a defined group of employees
- Advise managers and employees on payroll and social security matters
- Prepare HR reports and personnel statistics
- Support audits by tax authorities and social security agencies
- Optimize existing HR processes
- Communicate with authorities and social security institutions
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (ideally as an HR specialist/Personalfachkaufmann, social security clerk, or tax clerk)
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration and payroll processing
- Knowledge of labor law, payroll tax, and social security law
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Conscientiousness, integrity, and strong organizational skills
