Lead client engagements from strategy to execution
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of business management or consulting experience (9+ years in lieu of advanced degree)
Expertise in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, Digital Transformation, or related areas
Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Fluent in the strategic use of AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to enhance client outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior executives
Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
