Manage workstreams within client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.
Support the development of project strategies that align with client goals.
Conduct structured, data-driven analysis to understand client challenges and develop actionable insights.
Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders at the working and manager level.
Create clear, compelling deliverables and contribute to client presentations that distill complex analyses into actionable insights.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client counterparts.
Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement through strong delivery and insight generation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in life sciences consulting or relevant roles in biopharma, medtech, or diagnostics.
Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience supporting complex projects and contributing to client relationship management, ideally within the life sciences sector (Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, etc.).
Comfort working with AI tools and large language models (LLMs), including the ability to craft effective prompts and integrate these tools into day-to-day problem-solving and project delivery.
Strong analytical skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving and comfort working with data to generate insights.
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a way that resonates with both internal teams and client stakeholders.
