About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive end-user and super-user training for Sales Management Processes.
- Develop and execute the SAP training strategy aligned with project milestones.
- Perform training needs assessments across business functions.
- Build role-based learning paths for different user levels.
- Create instructor-led training materials and e-learning modules.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on SAP training sessions.
- Support user adoption initiatives during go-live and hypercare.
- Partner with Functional Leads and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field.
- 5+ years of SAP training experience.
- Experience supporting at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
- Experience developing learning materials using Microsoft Office and SAP WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and user experience.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with Signavio.
- Experience working within an Agile implementation methodology.
- Prosci Change Management certification or similar is a plus.
- SAP certification in one or more functional modules is desirable.
