About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare, install, and commission systems at client sites (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, validation, troubleshooting, user training)
Act as the technical liaison between customers and the R&D team
Provide post-installation technical support
Propose and implement system improvements
Contribute to mechatronic design: adapt subsystems and drive continuous improvement based on field feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or fluidic systems (or equivalent)
Proven experience (2–5 years) in installation, commissioning, or field support
Proficient with fluidic systems (HPLC-style tubing, instrumentation)
Overall understanding of complete mechatronic systems
Comfortable with automated systems
Proficient in 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA or equivalent)
Fluent English (for international clients and colleagues)
