About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Central point of contact for rollout projects across the DACH region — from concept to successful scaling
Identify rollout opportunities: discover new industries, markets and scaling projects
Promote the PMO internally and externally: present solutions persuasively and build stakeholder relationships
Develop strategies: understand customer needs and translate them into rollout concepts
End-to-end responsibility: plan, control & execute complex rollouts
Market & trend radar: monitor competitors and innovations
Optimize processes & tools: leverage CRM, project management software & PMO standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in PMO, project management or rollout (ideally technical/industrial)
Strong communication skills, leadership & negotiation ability
Structured working style with a hands-on mentality
Agile methodologies & a service-oriented approach are second nature to you
Excellent English; additional languages a plus
Willingness to travel (50–70%)
