About the role

  • Identification of target customers: You research and identify cross-industry potential customers and business opportunities for new customer acquisition in the German-speaking region.
  • Company presentations: Present our company and solutions to prospective customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Client engagement: Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • New customer acquisition: Take ownership of the entire end-to-end process for acquiring new customers — from initial contact through project closure.
  • Market and competitor analysis: Monitor the market to identify and capitalize on new trends and opportunities at an early stage.
  • CRM: Develop strategies to optimize customer care through the CRM system to sustainably increase customer satisfaction and retention. Train the team in the effective use of the system to improve the management and maintenance of customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, carpenter, experience in metalworking) or a technical university degree — not mandatory
  • Strong communicator and open-minded team player with excellent negotiation skills and persuasive ability
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Strong service orientation, quick comprehension, and a confident demeanor
  • German at least C1 level, very good English; additional languages are an advantage (French in particular, ideally at C1 level)
  • Willingness to travel (minimum 70%)
