About the role
- Coordinate and are responsible for the adaptation of HRSD ServiceNow module and applications, specifically for LIDL brand
- Ensure that requirements and implementations take place within the framework of technical governance and set up the platform for the future
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with best practices, security and compliance requirements
- Manage a team of ServiceNow Engineers, solving impediments and mentoring in their career and skill development
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, especially HRSD module (ServiceNow certifications are a plus)
- Initial experience in managing teams and project groups or interest in leadership
- Practical experience in Agile working methods
- Strong team spirit and strong communication skills
- Solution-oriented and process-oriented way of thinking with analytical and communicative strengths
- Business fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
