About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers
- Responsible for coaching, career development, and resolving technical and organizational impediments
- Coordinate the conception, adaptation, and implementation of Development Experience tools
- Define and optimize developer workflows within the STACKIT Cloud environment
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Golang
- Experience in managing teams or project groups in a technical environment
- Practical experience with Agile working methods (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Business fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
