About the role
- Technical consulting: You are the primary contact for technical questions and support customers in implementing Google Workspace solutions
- Workshops and demos: You organize and lead technical workshops and conduct live demos to showcase the benefits of our products
- Solution development: You work closely with customers to understand their specific technical requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Team collaboration: You support the sales team in technical pitches and contribute to the development of technical concepts and proposals
- Customer satisfaction: You ensure customer success and satisfaction through technical expertise and innovative approaches
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience with IT architectures, cloud migrations, and modern collaboration solutions
- Ability to present complex technical information clearly and to persuade customers of the value of proposed solutions
- Willingness to be on-site for customer workshops or team meetings, with the option to work remotely
- Fluent German and English are required
