About the role

  • Support Sales team with all aspects of account management
  • Manage new account setup processes
  • Maintain and own Sales Account and Representative Master Lists
  • Prepare and distribute monthly sales reporting
  • Own price list management
  • Act as Sales Trainer for SyteLine 10 and Power BI
  • Support Marketing requests on behalf of Sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Sales Support, preferably in a CPG environment
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced sales environment
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SyteLine preferred) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
