Key responsibilities & impact

Advising company executives on how to attract new employees or contracts using our unique systems.
Independently scheduling appointments with warm inbound leads who are waiting for your call.
Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts using our system that has been validated thousands of times.
Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks.

What you’ll need

Clear spoken German and high energy.
Willingness to learn, performance orientation, and a desire for continuous development.
Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales.
Ideally, prior experience working in an agency or in sales coaching.
We do not require specific educational backgrounds – what matters is that you have initial sales experience and are eager to grow with us.
