Inbound Opener/Setter in Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advising company executives on how to attract new employees or contracts using our unique systems.
- Independently scheduling appointments with warm inbound leads who are waiting for your call.
- Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts using our system that has been validated thousands of times.
- Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clear spoken German and high energy.
- Willingness to learn, performance orientation, and a desire for continuous development.
- Initial experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales.
- Ideally, prior experience working in an agency or in sales coaching.
- We do not require specific educational backgrounds – what matters is that you have initial sales experience and are eager to grow with us.
