Requirements
What you’ll need- Clear spoken German with good articulation and high energy
- Willingness to learn, performance-oriented mindset, and commitment to continuous development
- Some experience in telephone cold calling, ideally 1–3 years in sales
- Experience in an agency or in sales coaching is a plus
