About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advising CEOs on how they can acquire new employees or contracts using our unique systems
  • Independently scheduling appointments with warm inbound leads that are ready for your call
  • Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts using our system, validated thousands of times
  • Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM takes care of 99% of the tedious tasks for you)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Clear spoken German (pronunciation) and high energy
  • Willingness to learn, a performance-oriented mindset, and a desire for continuous development
  • Initial experience in telephone cold calling; ideally 1–3 years in sales
  • Ideally, experience working in an agency or in sales coaching
  • We do not require specific educational backgrounds — what matters is that you have some first-hand sales experience and are eager to grow with us
