About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned commercial and industrial clients
  • Collaborate with field-based account managers and specialist departments
  • Provide portfolio support, prepare quotations, and deliver presentations to clients in person or digitally
  • Manage and update group contracts in coordination with the internal service team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk (Kauffrau/-mann für Versicherungen und Finanzen) or a comparable degree
  • Experience in insurance sales
  • Broad knowledge of occupational pension schemes and the setup/establishment of company health insurance
  • Specialist in private and corporate pension/benefit management
  • Service-oriented mindset and passion for sales
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Proven, experienced application of sales techniques and methods
