About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of assigned commercial and industrial clients
- Collaborate with field-based account managers and specialist departments
- Provide portfolio support, prepare quotations, and deliver presentations to clients in person or digitally
- Manage and update group contracts in coordination with the internal service team
- Develop original approaches and added value to encourage client engagement
- Drive sales success through creative sales campaigns and ideas
- Connect sales, specialist departments, and cooperation partners to achieve optimal results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk (Kauffrau/-mann für Versicherungen und Finanzen) or a comparable degree
- Experience in insurance sales
- Broad knowledge of occupational pension schemes and the setup/establishment of company health insurance
- Specialist in private and corporate pension/benefit management
- Service-oriented mindset and passion for sales
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Proven, experienced application of sales techniques and methods
