About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted music resource for company and franchise schools.
- Onboard and coach new Music Directors.
- Run the music side of New School Openings.
- Approve company owned school shows and summer camps.
- Plan and deliver recurring Music Director training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successful gigging musician with formal music training or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years teaching music and music ensembles.
- 3+ years experience as a Music Director with School of Rock strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to coach, train, and develop a staff of Music Instructors.
- Knowledge of music theory and curriculum and program design.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
