Technical Sales Representative – Key Account Management
SCHOMBURG GroupTechnical sales representative driving engagement with planners and architects for construction solutions. Fostering client relationships in northern Germany with a focus on professional service.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- With technical expertise, you inspire your network (planners, architects and tradespeople) about yourself as well as our products and practical solutions, e.g., for swimming pools, industrial buildings, retail and commercial properties
- You conduct technical consultations, professional sales meetings and trainings within our network
- You manage an existing network and independently and responsibly expand it
- Documentation is maintained via our CRM system
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a degree in civil/structural engineering with an affinity for sales, or a degree in business administration with a technical inclination
- You have a professional and personable demeanour and convince others with your technical expertise
- You are solution-oriented and do not get lost in minute details
- You enjoy communicating with others and can explain complex issues clearly and simply
- You like to keep an overview and consider yourself strong in self-organization
- Experience in project-based business is an advantage, as is experience in the building materials industry
- You are comfortable with business travel
- A valid Class B driving licence is required
- Your primary residence should be in Northern Germany (Greater Hannover/Hamburg area) or planned there in the near future
