About the role

  • Telephone contact with our existing clients regarding all seminar and consulting offerings
  • Prospecting and acquisition for presentations with (existing and new) partner organizations
  • Intensive use of the CRM system for your outreach and acquisition projects

Requirements

  • Experience as a customer service representative
  • Enjoy providing service and working in a customer-focused role
  • Proficient in German, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of common CRM systems
  • Willingness to take initiative, goal-orientation, reliability, and assertiveness
