About the role
- Telephone contact with our existing clients regarding all seminar and consulting offerings
- Prospecting and acquisition for presentations with (existing and new) partner organizations
- Intensive use of the CRM system for your outreach and acquisition projects
Requirements
- Experience as a customer service representative
- Enjoy providing service and working in a customer-focused role
- Proficient in German, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
- Good knowledge of common CRM systems
- Willingness to take initiative, goal-orientation, reliability, and assertiveness
