About the role
- Your focus is on scheduling appointments by phone
- You will initiate telephone contact with our B2C customers
- The goal is to arrange appointments for consultations with our customer advisors
- You will contact our customers in close cooperation with our customer advisors
- You are flexible with your daily schedule
- In these activities you will work closely with our Sales Managers and our Marketing team
Requirements
- You enjoy telephone communication
- Convincing communication skills and the ability to inspire enthusiasm
- A good sense for people and an understanding of customer needs
- Proven experience in telesales/outbound or in sales
- Experience using a CRM system and MS Office are part of your sales toolkit
- Excellent German language skills
