About the role
- Contacting prospects by phone and in writing (warm leads and occasional cold outreach)
- Pre-qualifying leads and conducting needs analysis
- Guiding prospects through the entire decision-making process up to registration
- Maintaining and documenting all contacts in the CRM system
- Supporting course administration: maintaining participant records, sending materials, etc.
- Organizing participant communication before course start and during the training
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with customers by phone and in person
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Initial experience in sales, customer service, or CRM systems desirable but not required
- Independent and reliable working style
- Confident use of common Office applications
