Requirements
- 7-10 years of product management experience
- Experience operating in organisations with multiple teams
- Proven track record of leading large-scale product initiatives
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies
- Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish
- Experience working closely with editorial environments or content workflows
- Experience with AI-enabled products, automation, or workflow tooling
