Project Analyst
Scanntech BrasilProject Analyst at Scanntech overseeing strategic project governance and reporting. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project Management: Oversee projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring control of schedules, scope, risks, dependencies and action plans.
- Planning and Scheduling: Create, update and monitor project schedules, ensuring planned activities are executed.
- Governance and Reporting: Consolidate status reports, executive materials and metrics for leadership and stakeholder review.
- KPI Management: Monitor project performance metrics, identify variances and propose corrective actions.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify risks, bottlenecks and impacts to deliverables, supporting the definition of mitigation plans.
- Cross-functional Interface: Act as a facilitator between operational, technical and corporate teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- Organization and Standardization: Support the development of methodologies, processes, templates and project management routines.
- Decision Support: Produce analyses, dashboards and executive presentations to support strategic management decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology or related fields.
- Previous experience in project monitoring and management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum or hybrid approaches).
- Experience with scheduling, risk management, KPIs and project governance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Planner, Trello or similar.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Experience managing technology projects is a plus.
