About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement creative social media strategies to reach our target audiences on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Create and edit engaging content (text, images, video) for our social media channels to increase engagement and reflect our brand values
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including monitoring KPIs and preparing performance reports
Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages and fostering positive dialogue
Support analysis of current trends and the competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement and new ideas for our social media presence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Creative writing skills and a good eye for appealing design
Basic knowledge of analyzing social media metrics and creating reports
Skills in designing and producing image and video content for social media
Independent and responsible working style with a high degree of initiative
Fluent German, both written and spoken.
