Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement creative social media strategies to reach our target audiences on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Create and edit engaging content (text, image, video) for our social media channels that increases engagement and reflects our brand values.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including monitoring KPIs and producing performance reports.
Interact with our community by responding to comments and messages and fostering positive dialogue.
Support analysis of current trends and the competitive landscape to bring continuous improvements and new ideas to our social media presence.

What you’ll need

Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Creative writing skills and a good eye for appealing design
Basic knowledge of analyzing social media metrics and producing reports
Experience in creating and producing image and video content for social media
Independent and responsible working style with a high degree of initiative
Fluent German, both written and spoken.
