About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Day to day support on software chat and email
- Conduct daily reviews of the design queue, ensuring a smooth process
- Troubleshoot issues while maintaining client communication and collaboration with colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be located in MST or PST
- Able to work 2-6pm PST Mon-Fri
- Familiarity with solar design and installation preferred, roofing and construction considered
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Participate in day to day Customer Success support initiatives
