About the role
- We're launching multiple new products — some internal, some for global clients. Each one needs the same thing fast: a sales pipeline. That’s where you come in.
- While this is not a traditional sales role, we are looking for individuals who thrive in building AI-driven outreach machines from the ground up - across LinkedIn, email, voice bots, messengers, and beyond.
- You’ll be working closely with founders and product teams, creating go-to-market systems that deliver results fast.
- A strong sales pipeline is needed for each new product, and that’s where your impact begins.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, growth, or GTM (startup experience is a plus);
- Mastery of AI automation tools: ChatGPT, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, OctaveHQ, Phantombuster;
- Hands-on mindset – you build, launch, and iterate fast;
- Strong written and spoken English for message crafting and communication. scandiweb is an international enterprise and uses English as its core language for clients and colleagues;
- Hunger for results – measured by leads and meetings;
- Curiosity to test new channels and unconventional tech.
