About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology or related field required
  • BILINGUAL- Must be bilingual in English/Korean
  • 1-2 years experience working with the elderly
  • 1+ year experience in a hospital, home health agency or related setting for older adults
  • Ability to travel within program’s catchment area
  • Knowledge of environmental concerns of older adults
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a case management setting preferred
