About the role

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including managers, team members, and clients, to understand and document business needs, requirements and user stories.
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in existing business processes.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and progress.
  • Help develop and deliver communications, user guides and training to promote adoption and utilization.
  • Utilize data to gather insights, assess performance, and identify gaps; Help define and implement solutions to address gaps, improve performance and elevate business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of related experience
  • Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare industry
  • Working in agile delivery methodology, preferably SAFe framework
  • System implementation, preferably with customer service technology (telephony, desktop, etc.)
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights to support business decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively gather requirements and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify business problems and develop practical, data-driven solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Takes a customer-centric approach -- placing the customer at the center of processes and decision making.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to think about the end-to-end processes, manage multiple tasks, and excellent follow-through.
